Payment Methods
The online shop uses a Paypal checkout system. All card details are processed via Paypal’s secure server they cannot be viewed.
It is not necessary to have a Paypal account to make purchases a valid debit/credit card is all that is required.

Cheques should be made payable to The Linen Cupboard. Once your cheque has been received and the funds have been cleared we will dispatch your goods.
Alternatively you may prefer to order over the telephone. You can contact us on 01665 798096.
Our opening hours are 10.00am to 5.00pm.
If the shop is very busy we are not always able to take your call immediately but we will always get back to you if you leave your name & contact details.

How to order
1. Choose the product you would like to purchase remembering to select your option or colour preference if applicable.
2. Click on 'add to cart' button.
3. This will take you to your shopping cart within the Linen Cupboard’s website. Here you have the option to proceed directly to the checkout or continue shopping.
4. Once you have completed your purchase/s remember to enter your specified country and this will calculate your postage.
5. Click on the Paypal Checkout button and this will take you to Paypal's checkout system where you should follow the online instructions.
6. You will receive a confirmation email from Paypal once payment has been accepted. We will also send you an email order confirmation and advise when your item/s will be dispatched.

Postage and Delivery
Items will usually be despatched within 24 hours of an order being placed, (with the exception of payment by cheque) however, please allow between 3-7 days for delivery in the event of any unforeseen circumstances, I will notify you if delivery will take any longer.
If you are purchasing a gift for someone and would like your item(s) delivered direct to them we are happy to do so including any message. Just email us with the details.
Items to the UK are sent by Royal Mail 1st class delivery.
Items to the rest of Europe and other destinations (worldwide) are sent by Airmail.

Postage Charges
We try to keep postage charges to a minimum, therefore, all orders will be charged at a standard postage of £3.50 with the exception of customers purchasing only buttons then the postage will be £1.50.
For customers purchasing fabric a delivery charge of £5.95 will be applied at checkout. 
For heavier or bulky items we will contact you directly to advise of any additional charges they may incur.
